Xceed DataGrid for WPF was the first control of its kind to hit the market and has been updated over 25 times. It has continually broken boundaries, and the latest version is no exception, delivering a stunning new view that provides an experience like no other.
But we weren’t content to just release a spectacular new version of our WPF datagrid. We’re also launching WPF themes that faithfully reproduce the operating systems and the applications that inspired them. This new product is called Xceed Professional Themes for WPF.

Version 3.5 of Xceed DataGrid for WPF Professional Edition features a striking new view called Tableflow™. The new features in this version let you create WPF applications that deliver an out-of-this world end-user experience unlike anything that other WPF grid controls are capable of.
The Tableflow™ view provides capabilities such as inertial smooth scrolling, where rows and pages move away fluidly and are replaced by the new data in the same way, and animated full-column reordering. These innovations will help end-users work with their data, making it easier for them to find the info they are looking for. The new view also includes a group navigation button—improving the datagrid’s ergonomics—and “sticky” headers, footers, and parent rows, which can be pinned to the top of the viewport so that end-users always knows where they are in their data.
Also new in version 3.5 of Xceed’s WPF datagrid, for datagrids bound to a virtualizing collection, are status indicator glyphs and filtering. Finally, various minor bugs have been addressed. As a result, Xceed DataGrid for WPF Professional Edition continues to be one of the most stable WPF grid controls on the market.
Take a quick look at some of these new features in the YouTube video below, or try them out for yourself in the product's online XBAP demo, under Displaying Data > Tableflow™ View!

With the launch of Xceed Professional Themes for WPF, Xceed has stepped boldly into the realm of WPF themes by launching five flawless themes that faithfully reproduce the styles of some of the most popular operating systems and applications.
The themes can style any official Microsoft WPF control and its child items. Properties behave as expected: a control will be properly shaded according to the chosen theme when you set its color, for example. And because implicit styles are supported, as few as a couple of lines of XAML are needed to apply beautiful, uniform styles, which means you can concentrate on more important tasks. The themes were meticulously created by Xceed’s experienced WPF technical design and graphic artist teams.
The product’s Glass theme reproduces the kinds of colors, translucency, and animation that lend a modern look and feel to the interfaces found in Windows Vista and the upcoming Windows 7 operating system, helping end-users focus on the task at hand, rather than on the application and its controls. Matching brushes that can be applied to your own controls are also included, so they can fit seamlessly into the theme. This theme is also available as a separate product, Xceed Glass Theme for WPF.
The Media theme applies the styles found in the popular Windows Media Player application. Also included is a custom button that resembles the rounded ones found in that application. This theme is also available separately as Xceed Media Theme for WPF.
Finally, the included Office 2007 themes (blue, black, and silver) let developers create applications with a more traditional but nevertheless modern look that will fit in with past, present, and future operating systems. These themes can also be purchased in Xceed Office 2007 Themes for WPF.

Last but not least, we will be demonstrating both the latest version of our latest WPF datagrid and our upcoming Silverlight datagrid!
Xceed's Silverlight Zip compression component lets developers add zip/unzip to any Silverlight 3 application, quickly and easily. It compresses and uncompresses files without using intermediate disk/memory storage or temporary files, so it’s the perfect match for Silverlight: it needs no local write access. The first and only professional solution for zipping and unzipping under Silverlight.
Xceed Upload for Silverlight quickly and easily add multi-file and string upload capabilities to any Silverlight 3 application. All operations are asynchronous, so your Web page remains responsive and usable during transfers. All this in the beautiful and compelling end-user experience that Silverlight is all about.
