Upgrading not possible

    Hello,

I have upgraded a huge project from .NET 1.1 to .NET 2.0. With this I have also upgraded Xceed components. But a few upgrades didn't work. In one project I have several Xceed Grids and most of them are now version 3.6 wich is correct. But two grids won't go to the new version. I tried the "resource updater", I added a new form and put a simple grid in it - hoping the reference would be corrected, but this didn' t work either. Is there any way I can manually set the correct version in a resource file or so ? The two grids are very complex, so I don't want to delete them.

    Thanx for your help

    Regards

    Dirk

    Re: Upgrading not possible

When the resource updater fails, there is no easy way to recover the form. We usually suggest to just paste the code into new forms and re-create the UI.

Since this is a specific issue, could you directly contact us at support. We could give it a shot and see if we can have more luck at the upgrade process.
