Has anyone else had this issue and/or know how to solve it? Is it the expected behavior? Does this have to do with virtualization or something else?  Thanks.

to clarify, it thumb get's smaller or bigger depending on which item(s) I am currently viewing.. so it may be related to the number of items I have showing in he grid at the time in a wrappanel.. other than setting height, is there a way to avoid this behavior because it looks really odd when scrolling and the thumb is dynamically resizing looking like slug crawling down the page..
