I have a project that uses SmartUI deployed to about 500 clients.  On one client's machine the application freezes when initializing the form containing SmartUI.  I have created a test application that works fine on several different machines except for the one with this problem.  I see the application in my list of processes, but the form never displays.

I am using SmartUI2 2.0.0.202.  I am calling the License() method in my Form_Initialize.

This kind of issue is tricky to investigate. Could you send us (through e-mail) some more details about the code you are using? I do not know if you already tried that, but did you try running a sample application (calling our license method and using our component) on that specific machine?

I tried sending an incident first, but I was told that I had to purchase the Vangard subscription in order to obtain support.

My sample project consists of a single form containing one SmartUI component.  The only code in the form is where I call the license method from Form_Initialize().  My main project works until the form containing SmartUI is loaded.

Both the sample and the main applications remain in the list of processes until I manually kill them.  I have tried compiling both applications from multiple machines, and both applications run everywhere else I have deployed to.
